David Been – NSMiF/b, Norway

I’m a 1954 model who got increasingly interested in photography about 12 years ago. Then, I mostly took pictures in the local area and on holiday trips. Gradually, there have been a lot of concert photos that I think are fun to do. I also love to be out in nature and look for wildlife, like birds and little living creatures like insects and spiders, so there will be a lot of macrophotography after winter. There have been some safari trips in recent years as well.

I am an active member of Drammen Photo Club, where I am currently the competition manager. I will also be jurying other competitions, which I think is interesting and rewarding.

I like to participate in competitions, both here at home and internationally. Always fun to see how my photos perform.
